Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge and understand that the premature request to delete Personal Data may result in the inability to provide Services, impact the performance of Services, or the receipt of deliverables. Shipixy shall not be held liable for any performance impact, delays, suspensions, or the inability to satisfy quoted performance or deliverables guarantees in the event that you request the premature deletion of Personal Data.
